Here we are in Fall, or Autumn. This season can be called by two names. Perhaps the flexibility of two titles mirrors the depth and variance of the Fall experience.

This is *the* season for many. Winter, Spring and Summer can zoom by without noticing the word seasonal somehow equals Fall. Perhaps it’s the pumpkin flavored everything. Or maybe it’s the onset of the mainstream holiday season. There is a feeling of refreshment, inspiration and relief as we enter this time of year. For others, there is dread, the looming winter feels daunting and not fun.

For many of us we love the crispness of Fall yet we struggle with the diminishing light. We feel at home with ourselves in a new way and miss the social aspects of Summer. This season encompasses duality and change. There is an opportunity to slow down and check in. If Fall is not already, there are so many ways to make it your favorite season. We  that we shed and let go just as nature does so that we can continue to have our Springs and Summers.
